Vita is a two-room apartment of 36 square meters, it is composed as follows:
A living room that can be used as a second bedroom (two separate beds or a double bed if you request it before your arrival). A TV and a WIFI access will allow you to stay connected if you wish.
A fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, four burner stove, hood, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, kitchen utensils, dishes), will facilitate the preparation of your meals.
A large room with a double bed of 160*200 and a mattress of 25 cm thickness last generation, of excellent quality.
A closet, a safe to keep your treasures safe, a chest of drawers to store your things and an armchair to relax.
A granite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
A partial view of the sea from your room and a view of the garden from your terrace.
Private parking accommodates your car, no need to look for a space for hours.
LOCATION
From the residence you can see the bay of Almyrida.
A pretty garden surrounds the residence, carefully maintained by Yannis the owner.
There is a vegetable garden, a herbarium and beautiful fruit trees (plum, apricot, pomegranate, orange, lemon, and a vine producing delicious grapes and even more).

Under the beautiful rotunda, you can quietly read in a cool environment, sheltered from the sun.
All the furniture was made by local craftsmen, selected for their love of their work.
The materials chosen are ceramic, marble, wood, cotton, burlap and stone.
