Epsilon
EPSILON is a four-room apartment with an interior surface of 80 square meters.
A dining room with a panoramic view of the whole bay of Souda, will give you the impression of being on a boat, sailing over the water.
A TV and a WIFI access will allow you to stay connected if you wish.
A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, four burner stove, hood, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, egg cooker, kettle, toaster, juicer, kitchen utensils, dishes, washing machine and dishwasher) will facilitate the preparation of your meals, you will only have to do the shopping and remember to buy the detergent.
A large room with a double bed of 160*200 and a mattress of 25 cm thickness last generation, of excellent quality will allow you to make sweet dreams. Cherry on the cake; a private balcony to admire the sunset in love, a glass of champagne in the hand, be crazy!
A second bedroom with two single beds just as comfortable and a closet to store your things.
A third room with another double bed and a closet.
A granite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Of course, in order not to clutter your suitcases, the bathroom linen is provided and changed when necessary.

LOCATION
From the residence you can see the bay of Almyrida.
A pretty garden surrounds the residence, carefully maintained by Yannis the owner.
There is a vegetable garden, a herbarium and beautiful fruit trees (plum, apricot, pomegranate, orange, lemon, and a vine producing delicious grapes and even more).
Use and enjoy these wonders which are all BIO of course!
Under the beautiful rotunda, you can quietly read in a cool environment, sheltered from the sun.
Private parking accommodates your car, no need to look for a place for hours.
All the furniture has been made by local artisans, selected for the love of their work.
The selected materials are ceramic, marble, wood, cotton, burlap and stone.
The selection of all materials have has been meticulously thought through, as priority has been our respect for the environment and our interest of your well-being.
